A Little Cloud Like A Man’s Fist
Many have been praying for the completion of our building project. It’s been a long road, with many ups and downs. But through it all God has taught us many things.
He’s reinforced to us that church is not a place, but a people. Which is especially comforting when you don’t have much of a place.
God’s reminded us that His children worship Him in spirit and in truth. He’s not impressed by frills. Which is a rewarding thought when you aren’t able to have any frills.
Despite the hidden blessings of being “homeless”, we still desire to have a place of our own to meet. As the time has increased, so has the earnestness of our prayers. There are times when we’re like Elijah praying for rain (1 Kings 18:42).
There aren’t any rain showers yet. But here’s some pictures of a cloud coming from the sea about the size of man’s fist (1 King 18:44).
Keep praying for rain!
